Yes No By entering into this Agreement, Customer agrees that: (1) Customer is deciding to switch electricity service from Customer’s current provider to Harborside Energy of Massachusetts, LLC. (2) Customer understands that only one company may be designated as Customer’s competitive electricity supplier. (3) Customer understands that the Customer’s current provider may assess a charge on Customer for selecting a new competitive electricity provider. I am the Electricity and or Gas Account holder on record, the account holder's spouse, and or a person over the age of 18 authorized to make changes on this account. By submitting this order request electronically, I affirm that I have read and accepted the Terms of Service provided on this website in electronic form. I authorize Harborside Energy to obtain the necessary information from my local utility company to begin my enrollment process and initiate service with Harborside Energy. I understand that the energy supply will be provided by Harborside Energy and that the energy delivery will continue to be provided by my utility and the utility will also be available to respond to leaks or other emergencies should they occur. Rescission. A residential Customer may rescind this Agreement within 7 business days after the signing or receipt of this Agreement if in New Jersey, and 3 business days if in Massachusetts, whichever comes first, by contacting Harborside at 1-877-940-3835 or in writing at: 9 Sommers Lane, Staten Island, New York 10314. After the rescission period, Customer is liable for all Harborside charges until Customer returns to the LDC or goes to another supplier. A final bill will be rendered within twenty (45) days after the final scheduled meter reading or if access is unavailable, an estimate of consumption will be used in the final bill, which will be trued up subsequent to the final meter reading. Notwithstanding communications required to be through U.S. Mail, customer acknowledges that all communications from Harborside Energy to the customer will be via email, at the customer’s email address provided through this online enrollment.
